Once an option is chosen, we shape it into a PPP-ready initiative: problem, goals, scope, standards and structure. We add payment/revenue logic, key assumptions and a procurement-aware roadmap-required data, approvals and next steps. Not a full feasibility study; a practical bridge from idea to process.

PPP needs momentum and discipline. We run two tracks, depending on who you are.

For public authorities (JLS), we deliver a short, practical identification package: 1-5 PPP project ideas within your competence, ranked by readiness. You get a clear rationale, missing inputs, and a recommended first move.
Delivery: within 60 working days after kickoff and receipt of inputs.

For private partners, we run a 90-day entry & concept engagement. Month 1 clarifies your offer profile and proposes PPP model options aligned with your capabilities. Month 2 maps current opportunities and builds a target list of public partners, supported by outreach and stakeholder coordination. Month 3 selects one priority theme and produces a concise initiative package (scope, structure, assumptions, payment logic, risks, prerequisites, and next steps) that can be formally sent to a public partner.

We focus on decision-ready concepts - procurement-aware and realistic. Full feasibility studies, tender documentation and legal representation can be provided as a separate next phase if the project proceeds. Work scope covers Serbia, Montenegro and the wider Western Balkans, with strict confidentiality on all inputs.
